Description:

The project coordinator will be responsible for the management process including project tasks, budget and reports.
Different leading committees will be formed including Steering Committee, Technical Committee, Quality Committee, Dissemination Committee, and Sustainability Committee.

Steering committee meetings will conduct during the project lifetime to insure proper managment for the project tasks.

Tasks:

Task 8.1 Kick-off Meeting and other Consortium Meetings
Task 8.2 Establishment of Management and Operational Structures and running the project
Task 8.3 Financial Management
Task 8.4 Reporting (Progress, Intermediate and Final Reports)
Task 8.5 Hiring Financial Auditor
